• Apply the ceramic contact surface to the sting after removing the stinger if necessary, pressing lightly.
• Next, select one of the two treatment durations by pressing the corresponding button:
• 3 seconds (left button) for first use and for people with sensitive skin.
• 5 seconds (right button) for normal use.
• An indicator light illuminates and a beep sounds as soon as the temperature is reached. The ceramic surface heats to approximately 51°C. The indicator light goes out and a beep sounds again at the end of the selected application time.
• If necessary, the application can be repeated several times on the same insect bite.
• Please allow at least 2 minutes between two successive applications.
• Do not exceed 5 applications per hour on the same bite.
• Suitable for pregnant women and children over 3 years old.
• Bite Away® is intended exclusively for self-application by adults and children aged 12 years and over. Application to children under 12 years of age must always be carried out with the assistance of an adult.
• Store the device away from sunlight, in a clean, dry place. Do not use batteries beyond their expiration date. To prevent damage to the Bite Away® from acid leakage, remove the batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
