It is recommended to take 1 self-breaking ampoule per day and dilute it in ½ glass of water (approximately 125 ml), avoiding breaking it directly over the glass to prevent possible ampoule fragments from falling into the water.

A slight deposit may appear and given its concentration of plants, it is advisable to shake the ampoule before use.
It is possible to repeat the course of Arkofluides organic light legs several times a year.
