Usage tips

Olfactory atmosphere : alone or mixed, by evaporation.
Atmospheric diffusion : alone or mixed in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application : in dilution, 5 to 15% (maximum 30%) in vegetable oil.
Oral intake : contraindicated.
Dry inhalation : 1 drop on a handkerchief.
Wet inhalation : 1 to 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.
Respiratory comfort : in a 30ml bottle, 30 drops of Atlas Cedar essential oil + 60 drops of Eucalyptus radiata essential oil; supplement with vegetable oil of Macadamia. Apply 10 to 20 drops of the mixture, on the chest or on the forearm, 2 to 4 times a day for 6 to 10 days.
Slimming massage : in the attack phase, pour 60 drops of Atlas Cedar essential oil + 30 drops of cypress essential oil into a 30ml bottle; complete with Argan vegetable oil. Apply the mixture in massage on the thighs, hips and abdomen, 1 to 2 times a day for 3 weeks.
