Apple (Malus communis) 35%, cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) 25%, bitter orange peel (Citrus aurantium) 18%, chamomile (Matricaria recutita) 15%, natural apple flavouring 5%, natural caramel flavouring 2%.

Place one tea bag in a cup, then add freshly boiled water. Let it steep for 3 minutes to allow the herbs to fully release their aromas. For a stronger flavor, you can steep it for up to 5 minutes, depending on your preference.
