Prepare the cereal bottle just before the meal. Add the amount of cereal appropriate for your child's age. Shake circularly by rolling it between your hands for 10 seconds then vertically for 10 seconds. Discard the uneaten remainder. If you are using a thickened infant formula, adapt the teat and reduce the amount of cereal added. Do not add sugar.

For portions, refer to the packaging according to your child's age.
