Swallow the tablet(s) with a glass of water, simultaneously with the consumption of foods containing lactose.
It is possible to crush the tablets to ingest them directly in food.
Do not exceed the dose of 10 tablets per day.

Lactose tolerance varies from person to person. Consult a doctor or pharmacist about the role of lactose in your diet.

Consumption not recommended for people with galactosemia.
