Using advice

Chronodorm Flash Sublingual Spray is used as a spray under the tongue, 30 minutes before bedtime.
The dosages are: Helps reduce the effects of jet lag thanks to melatonin: 2 sprays the day before departure then 2 sprays on the day of arrival and the following few days. Contributes to faster falling asleep thanks to melatonin: 4 to 6 sprays.
