Using advice

Take 1 tablet per day, with a large glass of water, 1 hour before bedtime. For continuous use over several months, medical advice is advised. For patients treated with warfarin, melatonin supplementation requires regular medical monitoring.

Melatonin 1.9mg per tablet.
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch and tricalcium phosphate, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and colloidal silica.
