Shake well before use. If you have difficulty falling asleep, use 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. For continuous use over several months, medical advice is recommended. For jet lag, use 1 to 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for the days following arrival at the destination (4 to 8 days).
Not recommended for people with kidney failure, liver failure, those receiving menopausal hormone replacement therapy or people with epilepsy. For patients treated with warfarin, melatonin supplementation requires regular medical monitoring.
