Using advice

Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water. To get the beneficial effect, it should be consumed before bedtime. For continuous use over several months, medical advice is advised.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch and tricalcium phosphate, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and colloidal silica, melatonin.
