ChronoDorm 30 Sublingual Tablets

- In maintenance :
Allow one tablet to dissolve under the tongue 30 minutes before bedtime. It is advisable to take the tablet always at the same time. To be taken over a period of 15 days or on an ad hoc basis. To renew if necessary.

- For travelers who would like to reduce the effects of jet lag :
Let one tablet dissolve under the tongue 30 minutes before bedtime the day before departure. Take a tablet to melt under the tongue 30 minutes before going to bed the next day and the few days following the day of arrival at destination.

Do not combine with taking antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives without medical advice.

Do not drive a vehicle or machine for 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Excess use may result in laxative effects.

Maltodextrin, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, melatonin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
