Usage tips

Take 17 g of powder to be diluted per day, about 4 measuring spoons, divided into 2 doses, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably away from meals, to be dissolved in a large glass of water (200 ml).

Using a shaker optimizes the dissolution of the powder (2 scoops ≈ 8.5 g of powder).

Separating the two doses is beneficial for complete assimilation of the active ingredients.

This jar makes 20 daily portions.

A 3-month program is recommended.
