Attack program: 4 capsules the first day with a large glass of water, then from the next day, take 2 capsules morning and evening at mealtimes for 4 days.
Maintenance program: 4 capsules the first day with a large glass of water, then 2 capsules in the morning at mealtime for 1 month.
