It is recommended to brush your teeth after each meal, 2 to 3 times a day, for 2 minutes.
Start by using your toothbrush as usual. Then, use the back of the brush head to clean your tongue and remove any bacteria that may have accumulated there. Next, use the interdental brush to remove any remaining plaque between your teeth. Finally, if necessary, finish with the polishing gum to remove surface stains and smooth your teeth.
