Ergynuit Sleep is a formula combining melatonin, plants, vitamins and minerals.

Its balanced formula provides 1 mg of melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime). Melatonin also helps alleviate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination).

Eschscholtzia promotes natural sleep quality, which includes falling asleep quickly, no nighttime awakenings, satisfactory sleep duration and restorative sleep.

The addition of magnesium and vitamins B5, B6, B9 and B12 in this unique formula helps reduce fatigue.

Composition

Magnesium hydroxide and carbonate, cherry juice powder (Prunus cerasus L.) standardized in melatonin, extracts of eschscholzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) and passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), bulking agents: acacia fiber, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; magnesium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamins B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B9 (calcium L-methylfolate) and B12 (methylcobalamin).
