It should be used like a regular tampon, only during menstruation. It is recommended to change it at most every 4 to 6 hours and not to sleep in it; use a sanitary pad or absorbent underwear instead. Use tampons with just the right absorbency for your needs. For health and hygiene reasons, please read and keep the instructions. Store in a dry place at a temperature between 2°C and 25°C.
