Moisturizing Nasal Hygiene Spray - 100ml

Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle (end allows the evacuation of the fluid).

Keeping the head straight, administer 1 to 2 sprays into the nostril.

Wipe off the excess then blow your nose.

Repeat with the other nostril, twice a day in the morning and in the evening before going to bed.
