Take 2 Natalben Mama capsules daily, swallowed with a large glass of water in 1 or 2 doses, morning and/or midday. The Natalben Mama food supplement is recommended after childbirth and throughout the breastfeeding period. Precautions for use: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for women suffering from thyroid disorders or diseases resulting in abnormal iron accumulation. This food supplement should be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle.
