During periods of recurring stress: take 1 capsule morning and midday with a large glass of water for 1 month. Repeat if necessary.
In anticipation of a stressful event: take 1 capsule morning and midday with a large glass of water, for 3 to 4 days before the event and 2 capsules on the morning of the day. Supplement with Naturactive Nervousness & Stage Fright Flash 1 hour before the event.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
