Usage tips

Maximum daily dose: 4 scoops of OptiFibre for adults (to be divided throughout the day) and 1 scoop for children. It is recommended to start with 1 scoop per day and, if necessary, depending on your individual sensitivity, gradually increase by one scoop per day every 3 days.

For optimal dissolution, mix one dose into 1/4 liter of liquid or into a dish such as mashed potatoes, yogurt, or compote until the powder is dissolved. Let it rest for a few moments.

Suitable for adults and children over 3 years old. Diabetic patients should be cautious when taking this product, as, like all fiber, it can affect blood sugar levels.
