Using advice

Maximum daily dose: 4 scoops of OptiFibre in adults (to be spread over the day) and 1 scoop in children. It is advisable to start with 1 scoop per day and, if necessary, depending on your personal sensitivity, to gradually increase by 1 scoop per day every 3 days.

For optimal dissolution, mix a dose in 1/4 liter of liquid or in a dish such as mashed potatoes, yoghurt, compote until the powder is dissolved. Leave to rest for a few moments.

Suitable for adults and children over 3 years old. The diabetic patient must be vigilant when taking this product which, like any fiber, can have an effect on blood sugar.
