Brushing method :
- Place the toothbrush along the gum line at a 45° angle. The bristles should make contact with the surface of the teeth as well as with the gum line.
- Without applying excessive pressure, brush the outer surface of 2 or 3 teeth using a circular motion from the gums towards the teeth. Repeat this motion on the next group of 2 or 3 teeth.
- while continuing to hold the toothbrush at a 45° angle, with the bristles in contact with the surface of the teeth and the gum line, perform the same movement to thoroughly brush the inner surface of all the teeth.
- Tilt the toothbrush vertically behind your front teeth. Make several up-and-down movements using the tip of the toothbrush head.
- Position the toothbrush on the surface of the occlusal surfaces (those used for chewing) of the teeth in a two-way motion.
