• 1 ampoule per day , to be taken in the morning or at midday with a meal.

It is recommended to take 1 self-breaking ampoule per day and dilute it in ½ glass of water (approximately 125 ml), avoiding breaking it directly over the glass to prevent possible ampoule fragments from falling into the water.

A slight deposit may appear and given its concentration of plant, it is advisable to shake the ampoule before use.
It is possible to repeat the intake of Arkofluides organic black radish several times a year.
