Use dental floss at least once a day, after meals, in addition to brushing.
Take approximately 45 cm of thread and wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving a few centimeters of thread in the center. Hold the thread taut between your thumbs and index fingers and gently slide it between your teeth up to the gum line. Holding the thread against the tooth, make vertical movements from the gum line towards the tooth.
