Take 1 capsule with a glass of water morning, noon and evening, i.e. 3 capsules per day, for a maximum of 5 days.
For maintenance of the body: Take 1 capsule with a glass of water morning and evening, i.e. 2 capsules per day for a 15-day course.
To be renewed several times a year (maximum 3 to 4 times per year).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children under 12 years of age.
This product contains terpene derivatives; do not use if you have a history of seizures or epilepsy, or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are undergoing medical treatment, consult a healthcare professional.
