Usage tips

Osteoarthritis:
Put 3 drops of spike lavender essential oil on the painful area, 3 times a day for 12 days.
Burns:
Apply 3-6 drops of pure spike lavender essential oil to the skin on the affected area. If the burn has just taken place, repeat the application every 15 seconds for 2 minutes, then every 15 minutes for 2 hours. If the area is large, dilute at the rate of 5 drops of aspic lavender for 5 drops of vegetable oil of St. John's wort.
Skin issues:
Apply 2 drops of pure spike lavender essential oil, 2 to 3 times a day directly to irritated skin.
Fatigue, tone:
1 drop of oil on a neutral tablet once a day.
