Usage tips

Circulation, heavy legs:
- 5 drops in 1 ml of vegetable oil in application on the zones concerned, on the legs to practice the massage from bottom to top.
Breathing, nervous cough:
- 2 to 3 drops on a handkerchief then breathe.
Nervous fatigue:
- spread 10 drops in a neutral base for the bath then spread in the water.
Urinary comfort in middle-aged men:
20 drops of cypress + 10 drops of wintergreen + 20 drops of niaouli in 100 ml of neutral Puressentiel or vegetable oil then massage a few drops of the mixture into the belly.
