Usage tips

Breathing:
- 15 to 30 minutes in the living rooms and in the bedroom before bedtime
- 2 to 4 drops in a bowl of hot water for inhalation (do not leave within 30 minutes of inhalation because of the risk of thermal shock as the bronchi are dilated).
Disinfectant, disposal:
- 2 to 4 drops in dilution in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then in massage on the lower belly
- 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey 1 to 3 times a day for 8 days.
Flexibility, joints, muscles:
- 2 to 4 drops in the palm of the hand diluted in arnica oil.
Cellulite, orange peel:
- 4 drops in a teaspoon of grapeseed vegetable oil.
