Eucalyptus radiata essential oil 10mL

Breathing, decluttering:
- 1 to 3 drops in a teaspoon of honey 2 to 3 times a day
- 2 to 3 drops in a bowl of hot water, 2 to 3 times a day, for a week, by inhalation (do not leave before 30 minutes following inhalation because of the risk of thermal shock because the bronchi are dilated)
- 3 to 4 drops in a neutral vegetable oil then in massage on the thorax and the back.
Natural defences, winter period:
- 2 drops of eucalyptus radiata + 2 of ravintsara + 1 of niaouli in a neutral vegetable oil then in massage on the back and the thorax, several times per day during 2 days.
Sanitizer:
15 to 30 minutes in diffusion in a diffuser in the living rooms.
