- 1 to 2 drops diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in an infusion, in the evening, before bedtime
- 15 to 30 minutes in diffusion in the living rooms and in the bedroom before going to bed
- 2 to 3 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then in massage on the solar plexus or the soles of the feet.
Digestion, transit:
1 drop on a sugar, repeat if necessary.
Kitchen :
1 to 2 drops previously diluted in vegetable oil or milk.
