Usage tips

Respiratory tracts :
- 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil 2 times a day
- 15 to 30 minutes in diffusion in the bedroom before bedtime
- 2 drops of eucalyptus + 2 drops of thymol thyme + 2 drops of Scots pine and fine lavender in a bowl of hot water for inhalation (do not leave before 30 minutes following inhalation because there is a risk of thermal shock as the bronchi are dilated)
- 2 to 3 drops in the palm of the hand in vegetable oil then massage the chest and back.
Skin antiseptic:
- 20 drops of eucalyptus + 60 of fine lavender in 100 ml of vegetable oil of St. John's wort then in local application
- 3 drops in the Puressentiel neutral bath and shower base when washing.
Ambient air freshener:
- 15 to 30 minutes in diffusion in the kitchen and living rooms.
