Usage tips

Calming, serenity, circulation:
- 15 to 30 minutes in the living rooms and the bedroom before going to bed.
- 2 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand and in massage on the solar plexus and the arch of the foot.
Aphrodisiac virtues:
- 2 to 3 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then in massage on the lower belly and along the spine.
- 15 to 30 minutes in the room.
Oily and damaged skin:
- 2 to 4 drops in a bowl of hot water in a facial sauna.
- 1 drop of ylang-ylang, 1 drop of geranium, 2 drops of lemon and 2 tablespoons of fresh natural yogurt: apply to the face once a week.
