1- Clean and dry the affected area. Ensure there is no cream or oil on the affected area.
2- Warm the dressing with your hands to improve initial adhesion to the skin.
3- Leave the bandage on the skin until it comes off on its own. The time may vary depending on the individual.
4- To remove the dressing, carefully lift one edge of the dressing and gently roll it away from the skin.

Do not use on irritated skin or on open or infected wounds.
Consult a healthcare professional if you have diabetes, poor blood circulation, or loss of sensation in your feet.
