Thermcoolamphot Gel Flex Plus

To use the ThermCool & Hot pack cold, place it in the freezer for at least 1.5 to 2 hours. You can then apply it directly to the painful area, or initially, as a precaution, on a piece of fabric.

For hot use, you have two options:

- With water: Immerse the gel pack in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove it from the water and dry it. You can apply it directly to the painful area, or initially, as a precaution, onto a cloth. Test the temperature of the pack before applying it to your skin.
- In the microwave: Place the ThermCool & Hot pack in a 650W microwave for a maximum of 1.5 minutes. Remove the pack and shake it to distribute the heat evenly. You can apply the pack directly to the painful area, or initially, as a precaution, place it on a piece of fabric.
