The ThermCool&Hot Multi-Zone Bead Pack can be used hot or cold. To microwave (1200W), ensure it is at room temperature, then heat it flat for 35 seconds. Check the temperature and knead it to distribute the heat evenly. If needed, heat for an additional 5 seconds, but do not exceed 45 seconds. To heat in a double boiler, immerse it in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on its initial temperature, then test it before application. To use it cold, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours and test the temperature before use. Always apply the pack to the affected area, checking for comfort, and store it at room temperature or in the freezer for future use.
