Open the bag and remove the film.
Apply the patch directly to the skin.
Avoid peeling the patch off to reposition it, as this could impair its adhesion.
Gently press the patch with your fingers.
There must be no creases.
After opening, the self-heating lumbar patch is active for approximately 8 hours and heats up slowly.
After about 30 minutes, the patch reached its optimal and comfortable temperature.
Remove carefully after use.
Do not use the patch for more than 8 hours on the same area.
Like any heat source, this product can cause burns.
It is imperative to follow the instructions scrupulously.
Do not use the patch in the following cases:
In children under 12 years of age and in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
In people suffering from allergies to adhesive masses, non-woven supports or with a history of allergies.
In people suffering from immunodeficiency, unexplained pain, diabetes or circulatory problems of the arteries and tissues, or cardiovascular diseases.
If in doubt, always seek the advice of your doctor.
In people unable to remove the product without assistance.
Frail and disabled individuals may not be able to indicate that the patch is reaching too high a temperature.
During sleep, sports, in case of frostbite or directly after a bath or sauna: high risk of burns.
Do not apply the patch in situations where the perception of heat is reduced, on areas of the body insensitive to heat (hypoesthesia, paralysis...).
On an area where heat is contraindicated: strain, tear, tendinitis, bruise...
For pain due to rheumatoid arthritis or migraines.
On damaged skin: wounds, burns, redness, irritation, edema, eczema, ulcers...
On the face and mucous membranes.
Do not use the self-heating lumbar patch for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
In addition to other topical products.
Do not use after the expiry date.
