Nature de produit : Infusion

For infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your taste, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
For decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
For maceration: pour the plant into cold water for several hours then filter.
Storage instructions: Close the case tightly after each use.
