Take 2 Audispray Zen tablets per day: 1 Day tablet in the morning, and 1 Night tablet before bed, to swallow with a glass of water.

Day tablet - Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide; Ginko extract (Ginko biloba L.); rutin; Hawthorn extract (Crataegus monogyna Jacq. and/or Crataegus laevigata Poir.); stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose; coloring: yellow iron oxides; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose.

Night tablet - Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Hop extract (Humulus lupulus); magnesium oxide; Ginko extract (Ginko biloba L.); California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.); zinc citrate; stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose; coloring: yellow iron oxides; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose; melatonin.
