Puressentiel black spruce essential oil is recommended as winter approaches to strengthen the body's defenses and prevent respiratory disorders thanks to its anti-infective agents and expectorant properties. It also has an effective antitussive and antispasmodic action in case of digestive muscle spasms as well as effective anti-inflammatory properties in case of skin disorders such as psoriasis, parasitosis, mycosis or eczema.

Using advice

To be used in bath, diluted in Puressentiel neutral base for bath and shower (1 drop maximum in 5 ml or in a cap), or in massage, face, hair and body care, diluted in neutral massage oil Puressentiel (1 drop maximum in 5 ml). Maximum 1 time per day, occasional use. Equivalence: 1 ml = 33 drops.
