Directions for use

Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day, to be swallowed.
Supplementation period: from preconception to the end of pregnancy.

Composition

Tablets: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and acetic esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, potassium iodate, zinc citrate, niacin, vitamin E, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid.

Capsules: Concentrated fish oil, capsule (fish gelatine, gelling agent: glycerol), antioxidant: rosemary extract Rosmarinus officinalis (leaves).
