- Take 1 tablet if needed, letting it dissolve slowly in the mouth.
- In case of heartburn and indigestion, take 1 tablet after each main meal and 1 in the evening before going to bed.
- Close the bottle tightly after use.

Noticed :

- The product can be taken for extended periods; however, if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor.

Precautions for use:

- Oral route.
- Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more components.
- Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding if necessary and/or as directed by your doctor.
- Can be used in combination with proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and H2 receptor antagonists, as well as during periods of discontinuation of these treatments, according to your doctor's instructions.
- If you are taking medication, a 2-hour interval between doses is advised before taking GANatura and according to your doctor's instructions.
- If symptoms persist or worsen, this may indicate an underlying medical problem; seek medical advice.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store at room temperature, away from heat sources, and protected from light.

- Synergistic molecular complex of polysaccharides (obtained from Aloe vera and Malva sylvestris) and natural minerals (Limestone and Nahcolite).
- Standardized in polysaccharides (molecular weight > 20000 Daltons) ≥ 7.6% (40 mg per tablet).
- Flavonoid fraction: obtained from Matricaria recutita.
