Lactiplus Butyrate LP, formerly Permeabiane Butyrate LP, is a product developed by the Pileje laboratory. Still based on prolonged-release butyrate, it now offers a formula that is 5 times more concentrated and a new dosage form in orodispersible sachets.

Pileje Lactiplus Butyrate LP is a food for special medical purposes with a postbiotic role, based on patented prolonged-release technology. It was designed to meet nutritional needs in cases of intestinal dysbiosis or intestinal disorders associated with a low-fibre diet.

Lactiplus Butyrate LP provides 750 mg of sodium butyrate in the form of microgranules per sachet. This microencapsulation technology, patented by Biolek, allows prolonged release of butyrate throughout the small intestine and colon, where it is needed.

Directions for use

Lactiplus Butyrate LP is a Pileje product suitable for children from 7 years of age and adults. It must only be used under medical supervision. The recommended dose is 1 to 2 sachets per day, swallowed with a meal. Supplementation period: up to 1 month, repeat if necessary.

Precautions for use of Lactiplus Butyrate LP:

- Must not be used as the sole source of nutrition.
- Must not be used parenterally.
- Not recommended for people who are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in the product.
Store in a cool, dry place.
