Eschscholtzia ( Eschscholtzia californica )

The California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) was introduced to Europe in the 19th century as an ornamental plant by J.F. Eschholtz, a Russian botanist. It is a beautiful plant with distinctive yellow flowers and is native to California, where it covers vast areas near redwood forests. The California poppy belongs to the same family as the common poppy (Poppy).

Oral use. Swallow the capsule with a large glass of water.

Adults :

• For mild nervous tension , the usual dose is 2 capsules, twice a day . The dosage can be increased to 5 capsules per day if necessary.
• For minor sleep disturbances , the usual dose is 2 capsules in the evening with a meal and 2 capsules half an hour to one hour before bedtime. The dosage can be increased to 5 capsules per day if necessary.
• The treatment duration is 1 month. If symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks while using this medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
