Usage tips

Disinfectant:
- in diffusion in mixture with the essential oil of Scots pine or fine lavender
- 2 to 3 drops in the palm of the hand with vegetable oil in massage on the thorax and the throat.
Breathing:
- 2 to 3 drops diluted in a bowl of hot water for inhalation (do not go out for 30 minutes following inhalation because of the risk of thermal shock as the bronchi are dilated).
Positive spirit, tensions:
- 2 to 3 drops in the palm of the hand in a neutral oil then massage along the spine.
Skin tone:
1 to 2 drops in your usual cream or face and body lotion.
