Usage tips

Muscle aches:
2 drops of super lavandin + 5 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil.
Application in massage after the effort.
Period pain:
- 2 drops of super lavandin + 2 drops of clary sage + 5 drops of macadamia vegetable oil.
In massage from the lower back to the stomach, 3 or 4 times a day depending on the intensity of the pain.
