Usage tips

Stress and sleep :
- apply a few drops of Roman chamomile in a vegetable oil then apply to the solar plexus, the inner face of the wrists or the mong of the spine.
Nervousness :
- 1 drop on a neutral tablet or on a sugar and let it melt in the mouth 3 times a day for 10 days.
Heartburn or acidity :
