Usage tips

MICROWAVE OVEN INSTRUCTIONS (1200W) 1. Ensure the pouch is at room temperature before heating. 2. Place the pouch flat in the microwave. Based on a 1200W microwave, heat on full power for 60 seconds. 3. Carefully remove the pouch from the microwave and check that the desired temperature is comfortable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: BAIN MARIE 1. Immerse the pack in boiling water for 4 minutes (if the pack was at room temperature) to 5 minutes (if the pack was in the freezer). 2. Remove the pack from the water and dry it. 3. Test the temperature of the pack before applying it to your skin.

FREEZER INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. 2. Remove the pack from the freezer. Test the temperature to determine your personal comfort level. If it is acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area.
