Product for daily nasal hygiene.

Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.

Keeping the head straight, administer 1 to 2 sprays into the nostril.

Wipe off the excess then blow your nose.

Repeat with the other nostril.

2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening before going to bed.
